Choose 2 fiction stories to read on Storyline online, Literacy Planet or from your library shelf at home.
Activity: Read 1 to yourself and one to somebody else in your home. Choose your favourite character and talk
about their character traits.

Say all my sight words out loud. Ask a parent for help if you are unsure of a word.

Learning Purpose: Write a list of words related to Respect, Responsibility and Resilience. Eg, kind, friendly,
trustworthy.
Write as many words as you can in a list. Sound out the words and try and spell these by yourself first, before
asking an adult for help.

Learning purpose: Gratitude and describing what we are grateful for.
It is always important to think about things we are grateful for in our lives. This also really helps to make you feel
good and remind you of what is important when you are facing challenges. Have a chat to your family about these
things.
